Excellent quality hotel, the stay was very pleasant, perfect location to the private garden. I truly enjoyed the great value for money room and its lovely bathroom. A bathtub and a shower were very handy.

The room was a great deal, it had a cozy canopy bed. The location was nice and quiet, perfect for checking out the area nearby. 🌿 Plus, if you're into golf, there's a golf course just 3 km away for you to enjoy!

It was a good choice for sightseeing in Cavanac. We had much fun and met excellent and lively staff, especially on the reception desk. - the garden had excellent meals. - Absolutely perfect and magnificent location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

The prices for both the rooms and the restaurant were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the quality of service. Secondly, the location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the local area. It was well placed, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and the beautiful countryside. Finally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly during my stay. They were attentive to every need and provided excellent service throughout.

Spending our New Year at this hotel was an amazing experience. The castle-like structure was really impressive. The location was just perfect with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and fields. The food was delicious, the wine was exceptional, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and elegant.

The restaurant not being open on Mondays was a little inconvenient, but we were glad to have tried other options in the area. We were also surprised that "in house" eating was not available to residents during the high season in August.

The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with a standard bedroom and panoramic view. It had a quiet and perfect location just off Carcassonne and the Cathar Region. The gardens and restaurant were set up for the evening.
